What this is
HireX is run by the HireX team so that partner brokers and that team can work on staffing requests in one place. Brokers get an account by invitation or by creating one from the sign-in page. Using it means accepting what is on this page.
Your account
An account belongs to the person it was issued to. Sign-in links and passwords are not to be shared or passed on when someone moves role — tell us at support@hirex-ai.com and we will close the account and issue another. You are responsible for what is done under yours.
What the platform does and does not do
HireX carries introductions between a partner and the HireX team: requests, candidates, interviews and the conversation around them. It does not employ the candidates it describes, and it is not a party to whatever a partner and HireX agree once an introduction has been made. Nothing in the platform is an offer, a contract, or advice.
What you put in
What you enter stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it for the purpose of running the service, which is described in the privacy policy. Do not upload personal data about someone else — a CV above all — without the standing to share it.
Availability
The platform is provided as it stands, best effort, with no service level promised at this stage. It is actively developed: screens change, features arrive and are withdrawn, and it may be unavailable while that happens. Anything that would lose your work will be said in advance.
Connected calendars
Connecting a calendar is optional and is yours to end. Disconnecting in HireX stops the access at once, and your provider’s own permissions page removes the grant entirely — see the privacy policy for both links and for exactly what is read and written.
Contact and changes
Everything comes to support@hirex-ai.com. When these terms change, the date at the top changes with them.
